It is important to drink fluids at regular intervals during physical exercise; please pack water for your child.
During class, children are expected to listen, and we discourage unnecessary talking. If a child is causing disruption, they will be asked to leave their lesson.
No cell phones are permitted during lessons. Cell phones will be permitted in case of emergency. Please inform your teacher of such an emergency.
Please inform your teacher of any injuries before class.
Beat Central Dance Company should not be treated as a babysitting service; parents should pick up their children immediately following their child’s last class of the day.
You must participate in a large group before accepting a solo, duo, or trio.
You agree to participate in our Recital at the end of the year, or you must notify our staff by November if you will not be participating.
Please call the studio by 3 o’clock, check our website, or check our Facebook page to see if the studio is closed due to inclement weather. There will be a message informing all members of closure.

Costumes
Costumes will range anywhere from $30 – $150.
If props are required, these fees will be added to your costume total.
Not included in the costume fee will be tights, shoes, earrings, necklaces, etc.
A $50.00 deposit must be made by November 30th to ensure costumes can be ordered on time.
Payment

As our costs are fixed, fees remain payable in cases of absence. There are no reductions for sickness, holidays, or government-mandated shutdowns.
Half a term’s written notice or payment in lieu is required if you wish to withdraw your child from classes at Beat Central Dance Company.
All monthly payments must be delivered and dated for the 1st and/or 20th of each month. Post-dated cheques must be delivered at the time of registration. Payments must be made on time, or the student will not be able to partake in that month’s lessons unless you advise the administrator.
Any account with an outstanding balance will be subjected to a payment plan on top of the regular payment. These accounts must provide direct deposit information for AutoPay to be able to register for the new season. Starting July 1st, any account with an outstanding balance will not be able to return for the new year until that balance has been paid.
Interest charges will apply to any late fees. A 2% interest will be charged for every month owing.
