Policies and Procedures

  1. Registration must be in-person at BCDC Cornwall (1424 Aubin Ave. Cornwall, ON).
  2. Forms must be completed and signed, with full payment due at time of registration.
  3. Limited space available; campers chosen on a first come first serve basis.
  4. BCDC may use photos/videos for promotional purposes. Opt out by notifying the office.
  5. Acceptable payment: Cash, E-Transfer, or through our dance studio software.

Activities

  1. Some activities will take place outside BCDC Cornwall premises.
  2. BCDC Cornwall reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any events/activities.

Refund Policy

  1. BCDC may cancel a camp week with insufficient campers — full refund granted.
  2. 50% refund if notification received 48 hours prior to first day of camp.
  3. No refunds once camp has started for days missed that week.
  4. All refunds subject to a $15 admin fee per child.
  5. Medical refunds discussed case by case.
  6. BCDC may cancel registration of any child whose behaviour is harmful. NO REFUNDS.

BCDC Cornwall is not responsible for any medical, dental, hospital bills or other expenses caused by injury during Summer Camp 2026. By submitting, parents/guardians agree to indemnify BCDC Cornwall and its staff from any claims from injuries.
